Located at 50 Quaifes Road, this 25 lot subdivision is currently under active construction and represents a significant development in the growing area of Halswell. The project encompasses the full delivery of subdivision infrastructure, from initial site establishment through to final surfacing and landscaping.

Early works began with the establishment of the site and implementation of a comprehensive traffic management plan to ensure the safety of workers, road users, and nearby residents. This was followed by site clearance, which included careful removal and disposal of contaminated material in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. A key component of the work involved extensive major earthworks and filling of sections. trenching and installation of stormwater infrastructure, including new pipes and sumps to support the long-term functionality of the subdivision’s drainage system.

As the project progressed our crew carried out underground services installation and drainage works to accommodate essential utilities. Kerb and channel construction was completed with precision, helping define lot boundaries and support the overall road network within the development. Roading and right of way areas are constructed to subdivision standards, with attention to quality, alignment, and durability.

The final stages of the project include topsoiling and grass seeding to enhance the visual appeal and reduce erosion, followed by line marking to ensure clarity and safety for future residents and visitors.
